Our mission
Koshari is food for the people and our mission is to serve it like it was originally meant to be: with LOCAL and ORGANIC ingredients. Our recipe's have been passed down for generations and we can't wait to share them with you.
What is Koshari?
It all starts with a bed of seasoned lentils, rice, and vermicelli. Then comes a bed of pasta. The magic is in the toppings: A funky tomato based salsa is the base, with and optional clear garlic based sauce, and tomato based hot sauce to spice things up to your discretion.
